This is the message I loudly heard sitting in my morning Yoga class today





For 5 minutes

Either my teacher talked a lot about Relaxation OR 

I was needing the lesson

I will go with the latter

The ability to know how to relax is a life skill we all need to know

We all know, probably to a level of perfection, how to get all worked up

After all, we have spent nearly years mastering getting into chaos

Not many of us know how to relax 

Not many of us even know to stop and realize to take few conscious breaths

or take few deep breaths

Today's lesson that I have relearned again is to Relax

Consciously through breath

Try it, you might get through the day relaxed today

I know, your body will thank you for it!
